Snow Chains / Four Wheel Drive Vehicles

Can I add snow chains? Can I be guaranteed a four wheel drive SUV?

Alamo does not offer snow chains/traction devices as additional equipment, nor can snow chains/traction devices be placed on rental vehicles unless required by state or provincial law. Quebec cars are equipped with winter tires during the months of December 1 through March 15 as required by law. In Colorado, snow chains/traction devices are allowed during Code 15/16 advisories.

A specific vehicle option such as four wheel drive cannot be guaranteed. Please check with the location upon arrival for availability.
